Intambo ye-TPE vs intambo ye-TPU

I-TPE(Thermoplastic Elastomer) sisixhobo seThermoplastic Elastomer (Thermoplastic Elastomer) esinamandla aphezulu, ukuthamba okuphezulu, ukubumba ngenaliti, uluhlu olubanzi lwezicelo, ukhuseleko lokusingqongileyo, alunatyhefu kwaye lukhuselekile, kwaye lunombala ogqwesileyo.

I-TPU(I-Thermoplastic Urethane), eyaziwa ngesiTshayina njenge-Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, luhlobo lwe-TPE. I-TPU luhlobo lwezinto ze-polymer ezenziwe nge-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), i-toluene diisocyanate (TDI), i-macromolecular polyol kunye ne-chain extender.

4. Umahluko ekuqineni nasekugugeni:

I-TPU inokumelana nokuguguleka okungcono kune-TPE.

5. Umahluko kuluhlu lobunzima:

I-TPE (0~100A);

I-TPU(35~90A, 50~80D), olona bunzima buqhelekileyo yi-80~95A. I-TPU enobunzima obuyi-50~80D ayisetyenziswa rhoqo. Ubunzima obuyi-35~75A TPU, ixabiso eliphezulu lezinto ezibonakalayo. I-TPU ibonakaliswa ngamandla aphezulu kunye nokumelana nokuguguleka okuhle. Iimpawu eziphambili zezi: uluhlu olubanzi lobunzima, kwaye ngokwanda kobunzima, iimveliso zayo zisagcina ukuthamba okuhle kunye nokumelana nokuguguleka, amandla aphezulu oomatshini, ukumelana nokubanda okugqwesileyo, ukusebenza kakuhle kokucubungula, ukumelana neoyile, ukumelana namanzi, ukumelana nokungunda, ukuphinda kusetyenziswe kakuhle.
