(1) The tensile strength is greater than that of ordinary PVC wires: the tensile strength of ordinary PVC wires is greater than 1.05Kgf/mm2, while that of low-smoke halogen-free wires is greater than 1.2 kgf/mm2;
(2) Good weather resistance (-30℃ ~ 105℃);
(3) Good softness (hardness is 80-90);
(4) Non-transferability (because no plasticizer is added in this product formula, there will be no transferability);
(5) It will not produce toxic black smoke (it will produce a small amount of white smoke) when burning;
(6) High volume resistivity: PVC wires are generally 1012~1015Ω/cm3, and low-smoke halogen-free wires are more than 1016 Ω/cm3;
(7) Good high-voltage resistance: PVC wires are generally resistant to more than 10KV, while low-smoke halogen-free wires are as high as 15KV;
(8) It has good elasticity and viscosity.
